
Recognitions
A list of some of the notable awards and honors I have earned in high school and college. I consider these to be some of my greatest achievements and a testament to the hard work I have put in on the field, in the classroom, and on my own.

selected as 1 of 490 selections in the United States out of 120,000+ Varsity level lacrosse players

an honor awarded to one who exhibits exemplary lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship on the field, and represents high standards of academic achievement in the classroom

selected as the sole winner out of over 400 other seniors in my graduating class

a high school level award given to the student who demonstrates peak achievement in the classroom and on the field as determined by teachers, coaches, Coach Tufts, and the Exeter High School athletic director

James Tufts is a legend in the NH community, teaching PE, coaching Men's Soccer and Men's Ice Hockey, and directing Special Olympics for 36 years at EHS

a small community of high achieving academic oriented students with a unique curriculum designed to provide members with the skills needed for life after graduation

invited after fall quarter of freshman year based on exemplary academic performance and essay response

must complete an additional 10 honors courses and maintain an overall 3.5 GPA to remain a member

selected as the sole winner from both the Varsity Lacrosse and Varsity Soccer teams based on academic and athletic performance and an essay

a high school level award funded by the team boosters for graduating seniors pursuing a college degree

selected as 1 of 46 selections in NH out of 1,500+ boys high school lacrosse players

recognitions based on coaches voting across the league

contributed to my selection for the USA All-Academic Team

the first ever winner of the Most Improved Player Award and likely my favorite award I've ever won

selected based on team vote and coaches vote at the end of the 2020 soccer season

I was never the best soccer player, but given a chance to be on the Varsity team, I w worked harder than I ever had before every day in practice and started every game throughout the season

NH STEM Scholar

earned by maintaining a 3.2 GPA across 5 years worth of science, 4 years worth of math, 3.5 years worth of social sciences, and 2 years worth of a foreign language
-
a state level award earned by about 20 students out of the 400 in the graduating class of 2021at EHS

High Honors Every Quarter

a high school level honor earned by students maintain an A- average throughout the quarter
-
earned this recognition every quarter (16 quarters) throughout high school

Team Captain
-
selected by my teammates during a vote at the start of the 2021 lacrosse season to be 1 of the 3 captains
-
demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout the duration of the season, resulting in a 15-3 final record and an appearance in the state championship game

Blue Hawk Award

the first award I earned in high school during the end of season soccer banquet my sophomore year
-
rewarded to 1 individual for embodying what it means to be an EHS Blue Hawk in terms of hustle, sportsmanship, and team spirit
